Few days before February 14. Are you still single?
Well, don’t be sad. It’s not like you’re going to die… and it’s not yet the end of humanity… although it’s already 2012…
But seriously, look at me… 18 years of being single… still alive and living my life!
Yeah… sometimes I feel a bit lonely because I want someone to care for me, love me, kiss me, hug me, call me baby, say I love you, say sweet things… and all the things a person can do to his or her love that I didn’t mention… Like what you want your crush to do or say to you… :)
But as years pass by of being single… I manage to find my happiness, somehow… even without a special someone…
Because I realized that being in a relationship isn’t everything, it’s just a slice of what there really is. . .
I learn to find the other side of my life to focus my attention to… like dancing, arts, fashion… family and friends too! Hang outs, parties, bonding time with those people who truly care for you with out any given “title”…
Because at the end of the day, no matter how you stress yourself in finding that person in your dreams… you won’t find fulfillment… you’ll just be frustrated and lonely…
In the first place, what is the reason you wanted to have a relationship? Isn’t it being happy and being in-love? … Furthermore, being alone, stressed and lonely is the least things you want to be, right?… So why bother?
Try to follow what I did. Maybe you’ll stop stressing yourself and live a happier life.
Along the way, you’ll find that person that you really like, and who will also like you just the same… maybe he or she is even greater than the person in your dreams… you’ll never know!
Besides… i have read that guys don’t like girls who are obsessed with having a boyfriend… well, that’s also the mindset of girls… Guys who are desperate for girls is automatically friendzoned. ;)
So don’t worry if your single! ‘cause you’re not alone . . there are lots of single people out there too, that’s waiting for you.
You just need to be patient and smile and be happy with your current ” Facebook Status.” ;)
